above named plaintiff will attend, by her attorney or agent

Boling green, in the county of Pike , State of Missouri, on
Friday and Saturday the tenth and eleventh days of March

that before the commencement of this term of said
Court so caused subpoenas were issued for his wit-
ness in above suits & among others for Robert
Musick who is a material witness for deponent
in each of above suits and without whom he
cannot safely go to trial in either of them, that
he supposed said Robert had been summoned
until this day when he learned from Mr Walker
for the first time that said Robert had not been
summoned: that the subpoena except to the hands
of said Theriff Walker and that deponent expects
that he will be able to procure the attendance
of said Robert as a witness at the next term
of this Court.
