Know all men by these presents that Louisa Jones
as principal and Miron Leslie as
surety are held and firmly bound unto the
State of Missouri in the penal sum of Two
hundred Dollars for the payment of which
well and truly to be made we bind ourselves
our heirs executors and administrators firmly
by these presents signed with hands and
sealed with our seals and dated this
2nd day of May A.D. 1843
Now the conditions of this bond is such that
Whereas the County Court of Saint Louis
County have this day granted Louisa
As the above bonnder Louisa Jones to remain
and reside in the Missouri
according to the statute in each case made
and [ ?] above if the said Louisa
shall during her residence be of
good behavior and of peaceable
and ordely conduct then this oblig
ation to be void otherwise to remain
in full force
