Know all men by these presents that we Richard
as principal and Edwin Ellis & Henry Von Phul
securities are held and firmly bound unto the state of
Missouri in the sum of one thousand Dollars, for the payment
of which we bind ourselves our heirs executors &
administrators firmly by these presents. sealed & dated this
10th day of December 1846.
The condition of this obligation is such that whereas
the said Richard ____ has obtained a license
to reside in the state of Missouri, during good behavior, Now
if the said Richard ____ shall be of good behavior
during his residence in this state then this bond
to be void else of full effect.
