Know all men by these presents that we Levi Durst
as principal and Nathaniel P Taylor
security are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri
in the sum of one thousand dollars, for the prompt pay-
ment of which we hereby bind ourselves our heirs executors
and administrators firmly. Sealed with our seals and dated
this tenth _ day of December 1846
The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas
said Levi Durst has applied for and obtained a license
to reside in the State of Missouri during good behavior _
Now if the said Levi Durst shall be of good
behavior during his residence in this State this obligation
to be void, otherwise of full force and effect
