Know all men by these pesents that we
Jane Clay as principal and John Lightcap
and Albert Jones as securities are held and firmly bound unto
the state of Missouri in the just and full sum
of one thousand dollars for the payment of
which we do hereby bind ourselves our heirs
executors and admnistrators, sealed with our
seals and dated this tenth day of December
eighteen hundred and forty six. The condition
of this obligation is such that whereas the said Jane shall be of good bhavior
during her residence in this state then
this obligation to be void else of full force
and effect.
