Know all men by these presents that we Nace
Wilson as principal and Henry S King and
Wm P Fisher as securities are held and firmly bound
unto the State of Missouri in the just and full
sum of One Thousand Dollars for the payment
of which sum well and truly to be made we
bind ourselves, our heirs and legal representatives
Sealed with our seals and dated at St Louis this
5th day of December A.D. 1846,

The Condition of the above obligation is such
that whereas the County Court of the County
of Saint Louis did on the 5th day of December
eighteen hundred and forty six grant to the said
Nace Wilson a license to reside in the
State of Missouri, Now if the said Nace Wilson
shall be of good behaviour and deport himself as
an orderly Citizen then this bond to be void otherwise
to remain in full force & virtue
