Know all men by these presents that we Fanny Wilson
_____ as principal and W P Fisher+James
H Eddy as securites are held and firmly
bound unto the state of Missouri in the just
and full sum of one thousand Dollars for the
payment of which well and truly to be made we
bind ourselves, our heirs and legal representatives
sealed with our seals and dated at Saint
Louis this 5 day of December A.D. 1846
The Condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas the County Court, or the County of St
Louis did on the 5 day of December A.D. 1846
grant to the said to the said Fanny Wilson
a license to reside in the state of Missouri. Now
if the said Fanny______ shall be of good
behavior and depart himself as an orderly Citizen
then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain
in full force & virtue
