Know all men by these presents that we Chloe
Ann Patterson as principal and Jacob Rosenbaum
& Louis DuBreuil as securities are held & firmly
bound unto the state of Missouri, in the just & full
sum of One thousand Dollars, for the payment of which
well & truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs
& legal representatives, sealed with our seals and
dated at St Louis this 5th day of December AD 1846
The Condition of the above obligation is such that
whereas the County Court for the County of
St Louis did on the 9th day of December
AD 1846, grant to the said Chloe Ann
a license to reside in the State of Missouri. Now
if the said Chloe Ann shall be of good
behaviour and deport himself as an orderly Citizen
then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain
in full force & virtue
