Know all men by these Presents that We
Hannah Turner as principal and Hugh
Gallagher__ as security are hereby bound
unto the State of Missouri int eh just and full
sumof Two hundred dollars each well + truly to
be paid. Upon condition that whereas the
County Court of St. Louuis County have this day
granted said Hannah a license to Remain
in the sate of Missouri, she being a free person of
color, Now if the said Hannah shall
be of good behavior during her Residence
in said state then this obligation shall be
void+ of no effect, else in full force +
virtue
Witness our hands and seals at
St. Louis this thirteenth day of March Eight=
teen hundred and forty four.
