Know all men by these presents that Addison Martin
as Principal Samuel Gaty as Security are held +
firmly bound unto the State of Missouri each in the sum
of Two Hundred Dollars for the payment of which well &
truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs executors
& adminsitrators _ each _ every one of them by these presents_
Signed by us & Sealed wit our Seal this twentyth day of September
in the year of our Lord 1843_
The condition of this obligation is such that where as the
County Court of S Louis County has granted to the said
Addison Martin a Licence to reside in the State of Missouri
Now if the said [Mike Busseron ?] Addison Martin during
his residence in the said State of Missouri shall be of good
bahavior then there obligation to be void, otherwise remain
in full force & virtue in Law_
