Know all Men by these presents that Mike
Busseron as Principal & Samuel Gaty as Security
are held & firmly bound unto the State of Missouri
each in the sum of Two Hundred dollars for the
payment of which well & truly to be made we bind
ourselves our heirs executors & administrators & each
& every one of them by these presents _ Signed by us
& sealed with our Seal this Seventh day of September, in
the year of our Lord 1843.
The condition of this obligation is such, that whereas
the County Court of St Louis County has granted to the
said Mike Busseron a license to reside in the State
of Missouri. Now if the said Mike Busseron during
his residence in the said State of Missouri shall
be of good behaviour then these obligations to be
void, otherwise remain in full force & virtue in
law.
