**Page: 1** (mhs_A1643_B61f13i0068_1.jpg)
Know all men by these presents that I Ann Elizabeth Ruside
as principal and Thurman B Hudson as surety are held and firmly
bound unto the State of Missouri in the penal sum
of two hundred Dollars for the payment of which
well and truly to be made we bind ourselves our
heirs executors & administrators firmly by these
presents signed with our hands & sealed with
our seals this second day of May AD
1843-
Now the condition of this bond
is such that whereas the County Commissioners
Court of the County of Saint Louis and State
of Missouri have this day granted to the
above bounden a license to
live and reside in the State of Missouri
according to the law in such cases made
and provided. Now if the said Elizabeth
[ ?] during her residence in said state
shall be of good behavior then this
bond to be void - otherwise to remain
in full force_
*Ann Elizabeth Ruside*
*Th B Hudson*
