Know all men by these presents that we
Lucinda Hart as principal and Nathan
B Allen as security are held & firmly bound
unto the State of Missouri in the sum of two
hundred dollars each, the said Lucinda Hart
in the sum of two hundred dollars as principal
and the said Nathan B Allen in the sum
of two hundred dollars as security for the true
payment of which sums well and truly to be
made the said Lucinda Hart as principal and the
said Nathan B Allen as security hereby
bind themselves their heirs, executors & administrators
firmly by these presents sealed with their seals
and dated this third day of May AD 1843

Now the condition of this Bond is such
that whereas the County Court of said
St Louis County hath granted to the above
bounden Lucinda Hart a license to reside
& remain in the State of Missouri according
to the statute in such case made & provded

Now if said Charlotte Lucinda shall be of good
behaviour while she remains in this state then
this bond to be void, otherwise to remain in full
force
