Know all Men by these presents that we Mary Deserey
as principal and Wilson Primm as security, are held
are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri, in the
penal sum of two [ ?] hundred dollars, upon con=
dition nevertheless, that whereas, the said Mary Deserey
a colored woman, manumitted by Jacques Desirey
by deed dated the 8th day of February 1843, has
this day obtained License from the Council-Court
of St. Louis counsil, to [ ?] her the said Mary
to remain in the State of Missouri, now if the
said Mary Desirey, shall be of good behaviour,
and conduct herself during her stay in the
said State of Missouri, then this obligation to be
void else of full force and virtue.
In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our
hands and seals this third day of May 1843.
