certify that the foregoing is a true statement of all monies
due the Territory aforesaid as there [illegible] from the

eighteen to the seventh day of september eighteen hundred
and eighteen inclusive amounting to the sum of one thousand
five hundred and fifty five dollars and now in the hands
of the Sheriff of said County
