You will please take
notice that I have this day sued
out of the Clerk's office of the
Supreme Court of the State of
Missouri a writ of error in the
above entitled causes to the St
Louis Circuit Court for the purpose
of having the error that has
intervened in said causes corrected,
that said writs are returnable
to the next March Term of said
Supreme Court, and which term
is appointed by law to be held
on the third Monday of March
next, being the twentieth day
of said month.
