Now comes the defendant by her attorneys and moves the court to make an order upon Samuel Conway former Sheriff to return the bond taken by him under the order of the court for the return of the plaintiff to abide the order of the order of the court, and for the payment of the hire of the plaintiff to abide the order of the court
