Now comes the defendant by her attorneys and files a motion for an order upon Samuel Conway former Sheriff to return the bond taken by him under the Order of the Court for the return ~~of the plaintiff to abide the order of the Court~~ and for the hire of the plaintiff to abide the order of the Court.
